I'm not familiar with Nally but I know where Cumming GA is, was there multiple times in 2010 for personal trips, beautiful area. Made side-trips to Bill Elliott's race shop museum, Stone Mountain and one super-long haul to Huntsville AL & back, to see the NASA rocketry museum.
Very sorry to hear the dealer is unwilling to assist at all, that's very unprofessional and very short-sighted of them. I'd run it up the flagpole to a regional zone or North American Nissan customer support centre and inform them how you were treated.

When it went in for the electrical glitch at less than a month and less than a thousand miles, I asked them to seriously make me an offer on getting my 2011 back.
Man, I'd be very wary of this, since they said they could not find it. The smell is usually wire insulation melting, which exposes wires, which is a fire hazard at worst, or a means to fry the rest of the components at best.

Nope. None.
Yeah, It really sucks when the car builds take away vital components like grab handles on the driver's side, which are pretty much used as a safety component.

Also, the 2018 models don't include the net for the cargo bin under the rear seat.
Mine didn't come with a net either. Made the dealer replace it.

And I am well aware of the exhaust crimp.

I have pondered getting the $25 Magnaflow Y-pipe and getting it installed as I'm afraid to go to an aftermarket exhaust because of droning concerns.
You will get the dreaded 'DRONE' by installing one of those cheap CAT BACK systems, (which really cost a lot of $$) so always work with a good muffler shop to do a CUSTOM exhaust on your truck. If you read other posts for exhaust, the only guys having a DRONE issue, are the ones that do CAT BACKS. You won't get the DRONE by doing the Y pipe. I just did mine 2 weeks ago, and it REALLY helped with throttle response. It no longer feels like I'm stepping on a wet marshmallow when I throttle it.

Im a huge ford guy and if the ranger was out when I bought my Frontier a year ago, theres a good change I'd have the Ranger and not my Frontier.

But the more I watch videos on the new ranger the more I think I made the right choice. Many things about it scare me. Unless you get a top tier trim or add the options the screen is pathetic. Plastic everywhere and many pictures show the ranger without the grab handle as well, many show it so I assume its on one of the trims, probably the FX4 package .

The rear seats do not split 60/40 and thats pretty bad, no matter what trim level. The only thing I really think thats awesome about the new ranger is the MPG. because for what I got walking out the door at 29k tax and all , it would easily be 10k more for the same equipment ranger

I was thinking about a new Chevy and not another Frontier. Hell I had my 2006 for 12 years. After working out all of the know dreaded issues with it, it became a pretty nice ride.
BUT..... here I am once again, with another Nissan under my butt.

I seriously considered the ZR2 before settling on the Frontier.

The main thing I disliked about the Colorado is the bed side height, they're almost as tall as my old Super Duty was.

You can't reach stuff laying in the bed from the sides.

One of the biggest appeals to me with the Frontier was that it was actually a mid-size and not an almost full-size.

I did like the damped tailgate on the ZR2 but now my Frontier has that also ::grin::

After only 2.5 months the parts finally arrived.

3. Truck has almost 2k miles and average MPG is 13. I had hoped it would improve after break in. The 2011 I traded in averaged 16-17 over the same driving patterns and had a lot more pep (I don't have a commute so the vast majority of my driving is short trips). Did anyone's MPG start to improve after XXX miles?
I purchased my 17' Pro4 from the same dealer and never went back after the purchase due to the poor customer service during the purchase. Kept mine a little over a year and the average fuel mileage over the whole time was right at 16 mpg. Overall I had very minimal issues with the truck but decided to upgrade to the Titan and have thoroughly been pleased with the decision to go that route. I still like the Frontier (have my original 07') and will drive it as long as possible. (Even with 200K it still averages 18-19mpg in Atlanta traffic.)

My 2018 pro-4x now with about 8k miles on it using regular ethanol gas gets 17.3 with summer gas and now 16.2 with winter blend using fuelio app. The only time I got close to 13 mpg was when I was playing offroad with 4low and diff lock. Something is seriously not right with your pro unless you're flooring it every start in the hopes of blowing it up. Lol. Sorry you're having such trouble with yours. Hope you get it sorted soon or *ahem* just add fuel to the next electrical problem and let insurance fix it. ;)

Well I thought I'd update this post with what I ended up doing.

I did this...

335046

I've had it almost 2 years now and it's a keeper.

Tons of power and great MPG.

I just never trusted my Frontier after the burning electrical smell and wanted out.

I think I just got a Lemon Frontier as my 2011 was great and most here have good success with theirs as well.

If the dealer (Nalley Nissan in Cumming) hadn't been such a twat I may have eventually been happy with my Pro4X.

Cheers! (y)

Unfortunately, Nissan quality has been going downhill quite rapidly lately ... what with new ownership changes seemingly every year, I don't think I would buy a new one. Another good reason to keep my old '06 forever ..... :)
